Key Responsibilities:
1.Receive and answer call in a politely, friendly and patient way;
2.Receive visitors (internal & External) and communicate with visitors for registration;
3.Help reserve meeting room and book flight ticket for internal staff;
4.Register daily incoming and outgoing mail and post clearly and deliver internal mail,magazines and newspapers correctly;
5.Provide Admin support to regional office.
6.Finish any related tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
College degree or above.
At least 1 years related working experience.Operator / Reception experience in 5 star hotel is a plus.
Be careful and patient.
Responsible, Good communication skill, Pro-active working attitude and can work under pressure.
Pleasant Interpersonality and Good Customer Service Orientated.
Good Computer Skills.
Fluent English both in oral and writing.
